It is generally believed that Nigerian singers get baby mamas due to their inability to restrain themselves from jumping under the skirts of every beautiful girl they come across. Another opinion is that they get baby mamas because they want to have children but do not want to commit to marriage. Well, that’s as much as we know. But there’s more!!!
An interview with singer Dremo revealed that singers also get baby mamas because they have enough money to afford them. The singer, who noted that he wouldn’t dare get a baby mama, stated his reasons to be that he isn’t financially capable of catering for a baby mama and her child. In a recent radio interview, the singer was asked;
“How do you feel about the baby mama thing that is going one everywhere; everyone’s having a baby mama. Why do you think that is happening? In response, the singer said; “It’s if you have money nah… If you have money to take care of your baby and your baby mama, you can go ahead. But people like me that don’t have that kind of money ehn, we don’t need baby mama ooh.” Good for him. But does that mean every singer without a baby mama is broke?

BURNA BOY AND TEAM FINALLY RESPOND TO NEWS ON U.S BAN
Last week, news circulated that the popular musician Burna Boy has been banned from performing on U.S soil after claims had been made by Niyi Fatogun of Vibes Land Entertainment for breaching a contract Burna Boy has with Vibes Land. The claims were based on allegations that Burna Boy had signed a contract for 2016 USA & Canada TOUR and had failed to show up, also postponing the tour which had put the promoter of Vibes Land in serious debts in the US.
According to the promoter, he had extended a longer arm of reconciliation to Burna Boy by travelling to London to meet the musician who also as usual had failed to show up and had obtained a court injunction barring Burna Boy from performing in the U.S. Burna Boys’ team denied the claims and have released a statement and a phone conversation between them and the promoter. The statement says:
“The general public and Burna Boy’s fans are hereby informed that Burna Boy’s US tour and all other upcoming shows are so far going as planned, and any article or website showing any contrary information is untrue”. They further stated that no court injunction whatsoever was obtained from Vibes Land to prevent Burna Boy from performing.

D'BANJ AND HIS MYSTERY WIFE, DIDI ARE EXPECTING THEIR FIRST CHILD
Nigerian musician, singer-songwriter, and self-acclaimed “Koko master,” is on the verge of becoming a certified daddy courtesy of his mystery wife, “Lineo Didi Kilgrow.” Whom he secretly tied the nuts with some time last year. Presently, the singer is said to be in the United States with his wife, as they await the delivery of their first child together.
This development has been subject to debate by Nigerians, as are finding it hard to believe the Koko Master’s marital status, being that the wedding was “low key” and was barely on the media for all to see. But the truth of the matter remains that the singer has joined the likes of Davido to welcome a baby into the world, but not from a baby mama.
Just in case you hadn’t heard, the secret wedding took place in July 2016 when the singer secretly married Didi Kilgrow in a court wedding which only families on both sides and a few guests attended. The wedding party was not publicized and even the guests were told it was to celebrate his father's Birthday. I guess the Koko Master has also become a trickster, as he seems to be putting Nigerians in a situation where they look more and see less. Congrats to them sha…
WIZKID COMPARES GHANAIAN JOLLOF TO NIGERIAN JOLLOF-SAYS GHANAIAN JOLLOF IS BAD
Wizkid has also revealed his preference for Nigerian Jollof over Ghanaian Jollof which he terms as “bad”. The singer, who made mention of how his friend’s wife prepares him “Ghana Jollof” with goat meat on his visits to New York or Ghana, commented on the meal as being nothing to write home about. Even though the Starboy Worldwide Chief described Ghana as his second home, he, however, made clear that Nigerian Jollof is the real deal for him anywhere.
He made this known in a recent interview with Ace on BBC radio 1xtra in London where he also noted that he started his music career at the age of 11 and managed to release a collaborative music album with a group that consisted of him and a couple of his church friends called “Glorious five.” I bet you didn’t know the church aspect of Wizzy’s story.
He also disclosed that he was ready to work with other musicians in order to help push upcoming musicians in the music industry. According to him, his collaboration with Drake was a smart move, as he believes every smart artiste should know crave collaborations. He, however, disagreed with some criticisms about Drake collaborating with hot and trending musicians just to ride on their popularity. Wizzy had so much to say, as inspired by his love for Nigerian Jollof.
