Buratai Warns Army Personnel Against Use Of Social Media Either For Good Or Bad
The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt.- Gen. Tukur Buratai, has issued a notice to work force of the Nigerian Army against utilization of web-based social networking.
Buratai gave the alert on Thursday at a three-day workshop with the topic "Office Management and Document Security workshop 2018'' held in Lagos.
The COAS, who was spoken to by the Army Chief of Administration, Maj.- Gen. Idris Alkali, said the web-based social networking represented an extra test in data security.
He noticed that some work force had manhandled the utilization of online networking in opposition to the standards of the administration.
