China holds world record 1.36m licenses for development

China robots: among the 1.36m patents filed up till 2017


China remains the world pioneer in licenses for development for seven back to back years, Wan Gang, leader of the China Association for Science and Technology said.

China's terrain held around 1.36 million licenses for innovation before the finish of 2017, which means by and large 9.8 licenses for development for every 10,000 individuals, as per the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO).

"We have to venture up insurance of protected innovation rights (IPR) in an offer to advance development and enhance the business condition," said Shen Changyu, executive of the SIPO.

China has a national framework for securing IPR.

"China's contribution on innovative work rose to the second most astounding on the planet in 2017," said Wan, including that the quantity of full-time innovative work staff in China now positions the most astounding on the planet.
